They do this not only for their comfort but also for safety, as falling on slippery walks can be quite dangerous for older folks. Seashore Vacations offers a variety of properties at monthly rates during the winter. Ocean front properties are the most in demand, and usually have waiting lists, because repeat guests get first priority. If a repeat guest skips a winter, an ocean front property could become available to a new guest. Ocean view properties also fill up early, but there is plenty of availability in ocean oriented properties. The monthly rates for rental properties are similar to the weekly rates during the busy season, as shown below.
