We don't have long lines at our front desk at 4:00 p.m. When we inspect properties we focus on cleanliness and the availability of necessary household items. We carry a large stock of items for immediate replacement when as item is missing or broken. A member of our staff is on call 24 hours, 7 days, year round - so problems are handled quickly and personally.
