Go bowling (Main Street Lanes appears to be closed). There is bowling in Bluffton at Station 300 in Buckwalter Place.
Hit some baseballs at The Batter's Box.
Solve a mystery at the Escape Room.
Indulge yourself at one of the many Spas on the Island.
Shoot some pool at the Callahan's, The Drydock, Vick's Tavern or The Lodge. Note some of these have an adults only policy depending on time of day.

Locals go shopping in Coligny plaza or off island at Tanger Outlet Centers I and II.
