Seashore Vacations offers a variety of rental properties to suit your vacation needs. With locations in Forest Beach, Sea Pines and Shipyard there is something for everyone, ranging from golf and tennis to just plain relaxing on one of our sandy beaches. With few exceptions, properties that you rent from Seashore Vacations are full size and fully furnished. They range in size from 1,000 to 2,500 square feet of living space. All have full size kitchens with ice maker refrigerators, ranges, microwaves, dish washers, and all the pots, pans, dishes, glassware and utensils you will need. They are equipped with color cable TVs, clothes washers and dryers and private phones. The rental rate includes clean bed linens and bath towels on arrival and cleaning upon departure. Starter supplies of soap, tissue and detergent are also provided.

Forest Beach Village is an ocean oriented community with condos, homes, shops, restaurants, and vacation activities. This area offers the best beach on Hilton Head Island. It's an ideal spot for vacationers with multiple interests; the sports enthusiast can drive to the golf course, the teens can walk to the water fun park, and others can walk to shops, restaurants and the 24 hour grocery. Tennis is available at Van Der Meer Tennis Center located right in this area. Sea Pines Plantation is a planned gated residential and resort community with privately owned condos for vacationers. Here you can enjoy the beach, play tennis or golf, or go to two marinas for water oriented activities. There are three golf courses including the world famous Harbour Town Golf Links. Harbour Town is an interesting area encompassing the marina, golf courses, shops, restaurants and a wonderful playground for the smaller children. South Beach, also in Sea Pines, is reminiscent of a New England fishing village and also offers shops and restaurants, as well as a marina. For details click on the pink area of the map.

Shipyard Plantation is a resort community featuring its own racquet club and the Shipyard Golf Course, which has 27 holes. It's a tranquil neighborhood, dotted with woods, lagoons and fairways.
