This home is located in Hilton Head's Sea Pines Plantation across from the South Beach Marina Village. At the marina are several restaurants, evening entertainment, a general store, bike rentals, a swimming pool and all the water sports you could want. The beach is a very short walk through a parking lot. There are a number of tennis courts across the street at the South Beach Racquet Club. The house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fireplace, a screened porch an updated kitchen, several TVs including DVDs and VHS tapes, a stereo with CD player, and decks off two of the bedrooms. Despite its location close to many amenities, it is in a quiet, secluded setting. There is a private swimming pool for use by the community it is in. There are ceiling fans throughout and the living area has a cathedral ceiling. Two bedrooms and bathrooms are on the main level and two more are on the upper floor.
